- • Each session is exclusively held for you. • Please arrive promptly for your full treatment service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- To change or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Changes within 12 hours: 20% fee applied. • No-shows: 100% of service cost charged. We appreciate your respect for our schedule.
Late Arrivals
- We provide a 5-minute grace period for arrivals. Beyond 5 minutes, your session may be shortened or rescheduled based on our schedule. Regardless of any reduction in treatment time, the full cost of the booked service remains payable and must be settled in full.
Refund Policy
- • We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all completed treatments. • Every sale or promotional item is considered a final sale. • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any discounted goods.
