Mystique Aesthetics Policy

At Mystique Aesthetics, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. These policies help us respect everyone’s time and keep your experience smooth and professional.

Appointments & Time Management

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
  • Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

  • A 5-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
  • Full payment is still required for the booked service, even if treatment time is reduced.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services.
  • No refunds on sale items.
  • All items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on discounted items.

Why This Policy Exists

  • Your time is valuable—and so is ours.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows affect our team, our schedule, and other clients who may have wanted that time.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • If you have any underlying health conditions (for example pregnancy, allergies, or skin conditions), please consult your doctor before your appointment.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions before your treatment.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any reactions due to undisclosed health issues.

Children & Guests

For safety and focus, no extra guests or children are allowed in the treatment area unless they are also booked for a service.

Kindly silence your phone during treatments to help maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for you and others.
